Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to everyone who uses the PortableRAG website and early-access program. It exists to keep the Service safe and usable for everyone. It supplements the Terms of Service.
You agree not to:
- Don't use the Service to break the law or to infringe anyone else's rights.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the website, the waitlist backend, or the admin panel.
- Don't submit false or someone else's personal information to the waitlist, or sign up on someone's behalf without their consent.
- Don't scrape, spam, or abuse the forms, or attempt to circumvent rate limiting or anti-abuse measures.
- Don't upload or transmit malware, or use the Service to store or distribute unlawful content.
- Don't misrepresent your affiliation with PortableRAG or use the brand in a misleading way.
Enforcement
I may remove content, decline or remove a waitlist entry, or restrict access if I reasonably believe this policy has been violated. Serious abuse or suspected illegal activity may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
